Relief Efforts for the Thai-Cambodian Border Conflict

The ongoing unrest along the Thai-Cambodian border has significantly impacted residents in Surin, Sisaket, Buriram, and Ubon Ratchathani provinces, as well as neighboring areas.

Thai Red Cross Society is taking urgent action to provide assistance and alleviate the suffering of those affected through the following initiatives:

• Mobile Medical Units: Deploying teams to provide medical treatment and care for those affected by the border clashes.

• Relief Kits: Distributing "Tharn Nam Jai" sets containing essential food and consumer goods to ease immediate hardships.

• Shelter Visits: Conducting site visits to evacuation centers to provide moral support and monitor living conditions.

• Mental Health Support: Organizing volunteer teams to provide psychological care for victims and individuals traumatized by the conflict along the Thai-Cambodian border.
